These Terms of Service govern your use of crystalcleanse.app, the Crystal Cleanse app at my.crystalcleanse.app, and the audio delivered through audio.crystalcleanse.app (together, Crystal Cleanse or the Service).
Crystal Cleanse is a free digital experience for personal ritual, reflection and relaxation. It does not require an account and does not sell products or accept payments.

2. Accepting these Terms
By accessing or using Crystal Cleanse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use Crystal Cleanse only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Crystal Cleanse is not directed at children. If you are under 16, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and you may not use the contact form or subscribe to the Saluxe Newsletter through this website.
3. What the Service includes
Crystal Cleanse may provide:
- a browser-based crystal-cleansing experience;
- audio sessions and related visual elements;
- guides, articles and educational or inspirational content;
- an optional signup for the Saluxe Newsletter; and
- links to or embedded content from third-party platforms.
The Service is provided free of charge and without an account. Features and content may change over time.
Crystal Cleanse does not include the saluxe.eu shop. Any purchase from saluxe.eu is governed by the separate terms presented by that shop.
4. Personal ritual and relaxation only
Crystal Cleanse is intended for personal ritual and relaxation, not medical use. It does not provide medical advice or make health claims.
The Service is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Its content is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay or disregard professional care because of anything you read, hear or experience through Crystal Cleanse. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service immediately.
References to crystal properties, energy, intentions, cleansing practices or similar concepts describe cultural, spiritual or personal practices and beliefs. They are not presented as scientifically established medical effects, and we do not promise any particular physical, emotional, spiritual or other result.
5. Safe and responsible use
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the Service. In particular:
- listen at a safe and comfortable volume;
- do not use audio, visual or relaxation features while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention;
- stop using the Service if you experience discomfort, distress, dizziness or any other unwanted effect; and
- seek appropriate professional guidance before use if you have a condition that may be affected by sound, visual effects or relaxation practices.
If our content describes a way of handling or cleansing a physical crystal, check that the method is safe for that specific mineral and your circumstances. Do not ingest, heat, burn, submerge or apply a substance to a crystal unless you have independently confirmed that doing so is safe.
6. Permission to use Crystal Cleanse
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and use Crystal Cleanse for lawful, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the Service or any content to you. Except where the law permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly perform, commercially exploit or systematically extract any part of Crystal Cleanse without our prior written permission.
You may share ordinary links to publicly available Crystal Cleanse pages, provided that you do so lawfully and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
7. Intellectual property
Crystal Cleanse and its original text, audio, visual design, graphics, software, branding, logos and other content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Names, logos, images, audio or other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Any use permitted by a third-party license remains subject to that license.
The music in Crystal Cleanse sessions is used under Creative Commons licenses, and the Credits screen in the app lists each track and its license. Where material is offered under an open license like these, that license governs what you may do with it, and nothing in these Terms, including Section 6, limits the rights it gives you.
8. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- interfere with the security, integrity, availability or normal operation of the Service;
- introduce malware, harmful code or automated traffic that places an unreasonable load on the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure or related systems;
- bypass access controls, consent mechanisms or technical restrictions;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use Crystal Cleanse content to make medical claims or to present the Service as medical advice or treatment;
- misrepresent your relationship with Crystal Cleanse or Saluxe; or
- use the Service or its content to infringe another person’s rights.
9. Third-party services and links
Crystal Cleanse may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including social-media and video platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, content, security or independent use of personal data.
A link or embedded feature does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, product or service offered by the third party.
10. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you use Crystal Cleanse. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Service. Both form part of the information provided to you about the Service.
Saluxe is the team behind Crystal Cleanse. If you subscribe to the Saluxe Newsletter through this website, you will receive crystal care notes, new guides, and news about Saluxe products. Signup is optional and uses double opt-in: you must confirm through a link sent to your email address. Using Crystal Cleanse or accepting these Terms does not subscribe you.
You may withdraw your newsletter consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Service-related replies that you request through the contact form are not marketing messages.
11. Availability, updates and changes to the Service
We take reasonable care in operating Crystal Cleanse, but we do not promise that every feature or item of content will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, security issues, provider outages or changes to the Service may occasionally affect access.
We may add, update, limit, suspend or discontinue features or content where reasonably necessary, including to improve the Service, address security or legal requirements, or respond to changes made by our providers. Where a change materially affects users, we will give reasonable notice when practical.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right or remedy you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights that may apply to digital content or digital services supplied in exchange for personal data.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crystal Cleanse is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every personal expectation, produce a particular result, or be compatible with every device, browser or network configuration.
Information on Crystal Cleanse is general in nature. Although we aim to keep it clear and useful, we do not guarantee that every item will always be complete, current or free from error.
These disclaimers do not exclude any statutory guarantee, conformity obligation or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
Subject to the paragraph above and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the Service;
- losses caused by your misuse of the Service or failure to follow these Terms;
- the acts, omissions, content or availability of third-party services; or
- business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of business opportunity arising from use of this free consumer Service.
You remain responsible for your device, internet connection, browser settings and any decisions or actions you take based on general content provided through Crystal Cleanse.
14. Suspending or ending access
You may stop using Crystal Cleanse at any time.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect the Service or another person, prevent unlawful or prohibited use, comply with a legal obligation, or respond to a security threat. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will give notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after access ends—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability and dispute provisions—remain effective.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Service, the law, security requirements or our business operations. The date at the top shows the current version.
If a change materially affects your rights or use of the Service, we will make it clear on the site and provide reasonable advance notice where practical. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or remedies you already have under mandatory law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of the country where you habitually live.
If you have a concern, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, either party may use the courts or another dispute-resolution process available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
17. General terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If we do not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the agreement governing your use of Crystal Cleanse. They do not govern purchases or other services offered under separate terms.
